Chicken Fat

Please click on this  link  for an introduction to today's lesson. When I was your age (a long long time ago), President John F. Kennedy started The President's Council on Physical Fitness. Chicken Fat was the theme song. Click  here  to listen to the song. In my elementary school, we would use this song to exercise.   Click here  and follow the instructor to do the exercises yourself.  You can ask your parents, brothers and sisters to do it with you. When you are finished doing your exercises  go back to Google Classroom, fill out and submit the attached Chicken Fat Reflection. Have Fun!
